A midweight, midpriced alternative to Calphalon's Professional and Commercial Nonstick cookware, the Simply Calphalon line is made of hard-anodized aluminum for scratch-resistance and quick, uniform heating. It's harder than steel and won't chip, crack, or peel. Inside, the cookware is coated with nonstick material for low-fat (or nonfat) cooking and easy food release. Handles are made of contemporary satin-finish stainless steel and stay cool on the stovetop. The long handle on this classic, slope-sided 10-inch omelet pan is a loop that has been rounded outside and bent inward at the bottom edges to fit the hand comfortably.
