Stoneware omelete pan is perfectly sized to fit an English muffin, toast, or roll. It can also be used for soup or chili on a cold day.

Hand-dipped stoneware measuring 3-4 inches smallest part of the inside measurement fanning to 5-6 inches across the top, 2 inches deep. Some variation can be expected with individual made pottery.

Omelette Recipe: Spray the omelette maker with cooking spray. Scramble an egg and add any ingredients you would like such as diced tomato, cilantro, onion, or cheese. Simply cook in the microwave for 45 seconds. Mudworks pottery pieces are all original designs by JoAnn Stratakos located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Each piece is hand-dipped in glazes that she has formulated. Hand-dipping requires more time than spraying, but gives each piece subtle variation and unique character. Note on use: Avoid sudden changes in temperature, if using in the oven be sure to preheat the pottery along with your oven. Do not use on open flame or directly on stove top burner
