How to Use Bamboo Steamer:
1- Line the bottom of the basket with cabbage or lettuce leaves.
2- Find a pot that your steamer will fit in snugly like a wok and fill it with about 2" of water.
3- Simmer the water without the steamer in it, do not boil.
4- Set the steamer in the pot with the lid on and your food inside.
5- Check frequently for doneness.
