Steaming Papers:
NCF offers steaming papers specially designed for the 2-tier bamboo steamers. Holes in the papers allow steam to pass through, aiding in the steaming process. These papers also make it easier to lift and remove foods from the steamer.
How to Use Bamboo Steamer:
1- Line the bottom of the basket with cabbage or lettuce leaves.
2- Find a pot that your steamer will fit in snugly like a wok and fill it with about 2" of water.
3- Simmer the water without the steamer in it, do not boil.
4- Set the steamer in the pot with the lid on and your food inside.
5- Check frequently for doneness.
